Some Authors when writing can be very descriptive. It is an author’s job to paint a picture in your mind, so that you can be fully immersed in the story. If they do a good job a reader will totally forget what he or she is, in fact, reading and assume that the characters in the story are real and the story is just another event in the reader’s life. This is why it is essential to use visual language so that you can paint that picture into every readers life. Also, if visual language is effectively used the reader should forge an emotional connection with the screenplay. Making you apart of the story. And if you become so immersed into the story then the author has already entered you into the world that he has created, then he has already won.

2.) When in a writing partnership, should one of the people take charge? If one does take charge will the writing partnership be equal?

I feel that it is extremely difficult to work on screenplay or any type of writing with another person. They may start out with the same vision; however, as the writing process continues, ideas may change or some things might not work so it can create controversy because the screenplay is the person's work just as much as the other persons.
