Script Analysis is an absolutely, and positively mandatory class for aspiring film critics, and film makers. It is the start of ideas. It is the runway for the airplane. Scripts are the catalyst for the miracle of movie magic. Why wouldn't we want a class the dove into the depths of these reasons?
Evaluating a script really makes sense of the extensive, tiring, and timely route to a motion picture. Not only for technical reasons, but for characters. Characters must be real. They must have a voice, an opinion, and a motivation for being the way the are. They must be someone we can all connect with in some way or shape. I never realized how much thought, preparation, and most of all, imagination, goes into making a decent script.
I watch movies completely different now. I watch to be entertained, and to connect with the situations, characters, and the stories being told.
What was the best script we read?
Are scripts readable by anyone?

Best Script was Pulp Fiction. You were saying something about...best intentions?
