Let's just say this script was interesting. Not one of my favorites, but still enjoyable none-the-less. One thing that did stand out that I liked was all the technical directions. I love when a script tells me exactly what the movie is going to look like. To me it makes it easier to visualize the final outlook of the finished product. For instance: When the the writer gave the directions for a split screen of Becky hanging up the phone while Dirk kicked in her door. I cold literally see the scene unfold in my head. It was awesome.
1. How do you read scripts? Do they flow like a novel to you or is it more rough and choppy to read?
2. Does a more technical script disrupt the creative and rhythmic flow of a story as it is read?

I think the technical stuff really gels with the whole movie. Especially because we see snippets of films the group made, a little tech-talk in the screenplay just seems to "fit".
